	La Cattedra Jean Monnet in “European Health, Environmental and Food Safety Law” (HEALTHY) è la prima Cattedra Jean Monnet assegnata dalla Commissione Europea alla facoltà giuridica salernitana. Il progetto è stato approvato con una valutazione complessiva di 91/100 e rientra tra i 147 progetti approvati su 737 candidature.
